Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organised Receptionist/Care navigator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a part-time position covering 3 shifts per week plus holiday cover.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in computerised systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and typing
