Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be recruiting for a Payroll Specialist for our leading global oil services client. This is a full time, contract position and will last for the initial period of three months with possibility of further extension. The role will be based from our client's offices in Dyce with hybrid working. The Opportunity The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing the Staff and Workshop payrolls. Duties will include: Preparation and payment of monthly payrolls All payroll matters including tax, NI and other deductions, benefits and pension schemes Preparation and analysis of payroll data to allow analysis of movements, trends and variances to budget/forecast Provide assistance in budgeting and forecasting for payroll Preparation of other payroll related submissions to HMRC Background and experience You will have previous experience in a similar role, with particular experience in hourly payroll. You will have good organisational time management skills and have excellent attention to detail. This role is looking to be filled urgently, candidates available at short notice are urged to apply.
