Are you an experienced Assembler, Machine Operator, or Electro-Mechanical Professional? Your next big opportunity is here! We're looking for Assembly Operatives in Thame (OX9), with the chance to secure a temp-to-perm position after just 6 weeks!
Shift Details:
1. Early Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Thurs), 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Fri) - £23,180 Salary
2. Late Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Mon-Thurs), 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Fri) - £26,000 Salary
What You'll Do:
1. Get hands-on with tools and equipment for assembly, wiring, and testing
2. Follow instructions and blueprints to create high-quality products
3. Ensure components are properly stored and identified
4. Maintain accurate production records
5. Work closely with Team Leaders for smooth, efficient operations
6. Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and safety
Skills & Experience Needed:
1. Strong IT skills
2. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
3. Proven experience in assembly or mechanical tasks
4. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
