What We're Looking For:
1. 2+ years in a senior supervisory role within a large-scale commercial Soft Service operation.
2. Strong team management, operational, and organizational skills.
3. Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH Managing Safety preferred).
Desirable: IT literacy, problem-solving skills, and BICS training.
