Are you an experienced professional with a knack for organization and a passion for quality? Our client, a leading facilities maintenance contractor, is looking for a Lead Contract Support to join their team in Newbury.
Salary: Up to £42,000
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working with flexible hours
Key Responsibilities:
1. Record Maintenance & Updates: Ensure all contract records are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Quality Management & Compliance: Support quality assurance and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
3. Purchase Orders & Quotes: Manage purchase orders and oversee the logging and processing of quotes.
4. Report Preparation: Compile and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
5. Financial & Commercial Support: Assist with financial tracking and the commercial aspects of contracts.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in contract support, ideally in a facilities or maintenance environment.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and relevant contract management software.
4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
