The school is looking for committed HLTA to work with them full time. You must be qualified to support KS2 and KS3 students and possess previous HLTA experience in order to succeed in this position. From 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, you will be helping and instructing SEN students.

Your main responsibilities are:
10. Provide dynamic and captivating instruction for classrooms to cover for absent teachers, under the guidance of the teaching staff.
11. To enhance student's learning in various classroom environments, such as working with entire classes in the absence of the designated teacher
12. To assist in organising, arranging, and executing agreed-upon work assignments and student support programmes for individuals or groups
13. Be in charge of advancing and preserving the well being of kids and teenagers in the school
What you'll require to be successful:
14. Eligibility to work in the UK.
15. Enhanced DBS on update service (willing to get one).
16. Must provide 2 professional references.
17. Fulfil the requirements for higher-level teaching assistants or possess a comparable degree or background.
18. Outstanding literacy and numeracy abilities in Maths and English that meet NVQ Level 3 standards.
19. Training in relevant learning strategies, e.g., literacy
20. A track record of both teamwork and independent initiative
21. Strong capacity to communicate and build healthy relationships with both adults and children
22. Aptitude for utilising necessary tools and technology.
