Description Job Purpose: To cultivate and expand relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) across the North of England, driving revenue through Charles Stanley’s diverse range of propositions, including bespoke discretionary fund management, Model Portfolio Services (MPS), AIM Inheritance Tax (IHT) solutions, and multi-asset OEICs. Key Responsibilities: Achieve regional sales targets for both new business (gross) and retention (net). Introduce and engage new IFAs with Charles Stanley, increasing market penetration in the North region to meet new business goals. Provide exceptional client service and relationship management to existing IFA accounts within your region. Collaborate with Charles Stanley investment managers to convert new introductions into intermediary client relationships and assets under management. Enhance Charles Stanley’s brand presence within the IFA community by acting as a brand ambassador at external events and conferences. Organise and support IFA-focused events and seminars to boost awareness and support for Charles Stanley. Implement national strategies locally, working with regional offices of strategic partners, national accounts, networks, and third-party providers. Accurately report activities in a timely manner using the company’s CRM system. Develop and execute a personal business plan for the North region. Qualifications & Experience: University degree preferred. Professional qualifications (IMC or equivalent) desirable. Valid driving license. Proven track record in IFA sales. Knowledge & Skills: Exceptional relationship management skills. Excellent communication and networking abilities. In-depth knowledge of the IFA community in the North region. Strong technical skills with the ability to explain and present Charles Stanley’s intermediary propositions. Highly organised, motivated self-starter with a proactive and flexible approach.
