The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line) with a professional yet friendly approach. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality IT support services.
As a key member of the IT Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for users across the business who need assistance. You will be based in our London office, providing both face-to-face and remote support. In addition to resolving 1st and 2nd line issues, you will be involved in proactive support tasks, training and inductions, and ongoing IT projects.
This is a customer-service-oriented role where we take pride in offering first-class support to our users.

The person we’re looking for...
1. Positive ‘Can Do’ attitude, with a passion to learn
2. Natural problem solver and strong communicator
3. Team player who can also work independently
4. At least 2 years’ experience in a 1st and 2nd line support role, supporting around 200-300 users
5. Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a similar industry
6. Experience supporting users both face-to-face and remotely
7. Experience supporting AV equipment and meeting rooms, ideally with Neat video conferencing
8. Office 365 Portal Administration – Account creation and user management (Essential)
9. Experience using an asset management system
10. Experience supporting both OSX and Windows users – OSX experience is essential, with prior support in an environment where OSX was 50% or more of the IT estate
What will your day-to-day look like?
1. Onboarding new starters – Set up user accounts and computer profiles, and conduct face-to-face inductions in the London office.
2. Device setup and configuration – Set up and configure new devices following internal documentation and processes.
3. Manage user off boarding, ensuring data handling aligns with requests and internal protocols.
4. Support tickets – Handle 1st and 2nd line support tickets within SLAs and priorities.
5. Maintain AssetSonar, update new equipment records, and conduct periodic stock checks.
6. Ensure all office AV equipment and meeting rooms are operational and troubleshoot issues as needed.
7. Device security & updates – Ensure all devices are up-to-date with the latest software, antivirus, OS patches, and encryption policies.
