What will I be doing?
We'll look to you to provide comprehensive administration support:
1. Promote good working practice and positive employee relations by administering effective relationships internally / externally and within the wider business.
2. Assist in managing communication throughout the site(s).
3. Data collation and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy for month-end reporting.
4. Assist in month-end reporting, working toward tight deadlines.
5. Minute taking.
6. Identify ways to improve current practices and procedures.
7. Support of the SPOPs (procurement / order processing) system, including management of ordering, payment, and invoicing processes for goods and services.
8. Support invoice query resolution.
9. Embody the company values through daily interaction with your team.
10. Promote a safety-conscious attitude towards work.
11. Ensure timely and effective reporting of incidents and events, ensuring that effective protocols are put in place.
12. Oversee facilities maintenance of the main office, including online bookings of training and hot desk rooms and requirements.
13. Promote wellness and sustainability within the office and update action plans.
What are the requirements?
You’ll have plenty of administrative experience, gained in a variety of settings, ideally backed up with a qualification in Business Administration.
This will mean you have:
1. Strong administration skills, including writing coherent reports.
2. IT proficiency; Excel experience is essential for the role, along with good numeracy skills and experience of dealing with vast amounts of data.
3. Great communication skills, both written and verbal, and a team player.
