About the role
We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst Manager who is passionate about discovering what the data says combined with a strong business sense. As an IC, you will draw from your practical experience to produce the highest quality data analysis and business insights. Your recommendations will be used by the business to shape decision-making and guide strategy for business optimisation and growth. You will act as the dedicated analytics partner within a business team, interpreting large volumes of data across sources including Google Analytics, Tableau, and internal databases.
As a Business Analyst Manager you:

Experience you can bring:
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis by distilling large, multi-layered data sources into actionable insights.
* Experience applying analytical methods and techniques to deliver reliable conclusions.
* Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or equivalents.
* Experience using SQL for data access and manipulation.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, guiding and contributing.
* Proactive workload management and prioritisation in a deadline-driven environment.
* Ownership of projects and driving successful business outcomes based on KPIs.
Bonus points for:
* Experience with Python for data analysis and web-based platforms like Databricks for working with Spark.
* Experience with marketing attribution and campaign measurement.
