An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our multi-disciplinary PCN team.

Our practices are keen to work with our team of Clinical Pharmacists, ANP, FCPs, Care coordinators, Social Prescribing Link Workers, Health and Wellbeing Coach and Mental Health Practitioner.

As a newly or recently qualified GP, you will benefit from daily support from experienced GP colleagues.
The role involves both clinical and administrative work which are based on the EMIS clinical system, which is used by all three practices, balancing direct patient care with involvement in broader PCN initiatives.
Provide expert professional advice to patients, carers and colleagues and ensure the maintenance of clinical excellence.

The post holder will need to be capable of independent travel across the Eastbourne area and work flexibly to meet the needs of the Business.
This role is a fixed term position for 6 months.
