As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, managing the full customer lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide high-impact solutions. Your role will be instrumental in translating customer needs into technical requirements and leading the discovery process to help our clients achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Engagement: Lead customers through the discovery process, identifying pain points and designing business solutions to meet their needs.
* Consulting Guidance: Provide expert advice on best practices, adoption, platform development, and integrating third-party solutions to optimize business processes.
* Requirement Documentation: Document user-centered requirements that align with customer objectives and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Solution Development: Collaborate with solution architects to design and propose digital monetization solutions that align with the company’s product capabilities.
* Customer Workshops & Training: Lead workshops, guide clients through enhancement intake processes, and facilitate UAT and end-to-end testing.
* Change Management: Manage changes through service or change request processes and ensure the continuous alignment of customer expectations with the delivered solutions.
* Continuous Improvement: Guide customers through the development and refinement of their business processes, offering proactive solutions to address future business needs.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Proven track record in business consulting, SaaS implementations, or digital transformation within the financial services or banking sector.
* Technical & Business Acumen: Ability to assess, diagnose, and design solutions that balance business needs with technical feasibility.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
* Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage customer relationships, project scope, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and provide strategic solutions to solve complex business problems.
* Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).
