We are seeking an Operations Operative / Collections Driver to join our IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) Operations team in Bathgate, West Lothian. We are looking for someone to assist in the daily duties of collection and processing and to ensure that all deadlines and KPI’s are adhered to. All Operations staff are expected to become multi-skilled to work in ITAD, Warehouse. You will carry out collections as and when required in a professional manner ensuring deadlines and KPI’s are adhered to across all functions. Key tasks will involve: Collections Driver Loading/Unloading vehicles and palletising ITAD collections. Checking, Recording customers assets and waste collection. Meeting all departmental KPI as outlined by line management. ITAD Operations Use of the dedicated computer system to record asset information. including data wiping. Dismantling IT equipment. Meeting all departmental KPI as outlined by line management. Quality Assurance Ensuring that the overall quality of the product is maintained, at all times, to the highest standards. Complying with Stone’s internal management systems and safety procedures. The suitable candidate will have excellent timekeeping and can show the ability to work well under pressure. Having a keen attention to detail and a structured approach to work using efficient working practices is also required. A full driving licence (with no more than 6 points), knowledge of assembly line work, basic computer skills It is also desired but not essential have experience with transit vans or similar sized vehicles Full company training will be provided Job details: This is a full-time position - 37 hours per week.
