What we are looking for? We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team, with expertise in PPC, SEO, email and social media, to support lead generation and brand growth for both B2B and B2C audiences. The candidate will have a creative flair, with the ability to create engaging campaigns across all digital platforms. As well as having superb analytical skills to identify trends in data to drive campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: PPC Management: Ability to manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta, focused on improving CPC, CPL, and ROI. Email Marketing: Create and optimize targeted email campaigns, leveraging CRM (Zoho or similar) for audience segmentation and automation. Social Media : Drive community engagement on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Meta channels, with support for content creation. SEO: Develop keyword strategies and implement on-site and off-site SEO for improved organic traffic. Website Management: Update WordPress content, including blogs, course listings. Support with UX and eCommerce improvements. Preferred Skills: Use of SEO tools such as SEM Rush Website experience within WordPress CRM & Marketing Automation: Experience with Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
