The coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Responding promptly to all service enquiries for customers. Coordinate and schedule service teams / engineers to attend and service equipment at client sites Provide the support needed to Service Team / Engineers by planning service visits in good time and providing all support required in terms of information and essential documentation. Work and collaborate with team members to find the most effective solution for the client. This is a fast moving and dynamic role so the candidate will need to have experience in this environment.
