HR ADVISOR
FULL TIME, PERMANENT, 37 HOURS PER WEEK
£30,559 - £32,654 PER ANNUM

The Sapientia Education Trust (SET) was established in 2016 with the purpose of bringing like-minded schools together to work in partnership to deliver a world class education to pupils in Norfolk and Suffolk. SET currently consists of 9 secondary schools and 11 primary schools, educating over 5,500 pupils. Our schools range in size from the largest state boarding school in the UK, to several very small, rural schools and we all share the belief that high quality education is broad ranging and embraces strong extra-curricular provision and an expectation that all pupils can and should achieve.
THE ROLE
We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor who will be responsible for supporting the HR Director & Assistant HR Director in the delivery of change programmes, restructuring and case management across the schools in the Trust.

• The ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and accept challenges.
The qualifications and experience required of a HR Advisor are:
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent, or working towards the qualification;
• Previous experience of managing a varied HR caseload, with a knowledge of absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes;
• Have strong IT/Microsoft Office skills (preferable knowledge of iTrent) with the ability to swiftly learn bespoke IT systems;
• Previous experience as a HR Generalist in a busy multi-site environment would be desirable;
• Experience of managing organisational change and restructuring programs would be desirable;
• Able to drive, in order to travel to all sites across the Trust.
