Job Description
3. Handle and process a large volume of invoices accurately.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
5. Prepare payments for suppliers and process expense claims.
6. Assist in the preparation of month-end accounts and financial reports.
7. Contribute to the maintenance of the purchase ledger.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective procedures.
9. Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
10. Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
11. A strong understanding of accounting principles and finance systems.
12. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
13. Experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
14. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
15. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
