What You’ll Do
* Preparing and serving meals according to menu and orders
* Comply with safety and health policies, procedures, and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure
* Setup and cleaning of kitchen
What you’ll need :
* Experience working in a hands-on, team-focused bistro style kitchen
* Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
* An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation, and safety
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Trade cooking qualifications are essential
