Job Title: Social Worker – Adults Community Team
Location: Bracknell
Rate: £34 per hour
The Bracknell Forest Council is looking for a qualified Social Worker to join their Adults Community team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be responsible for completing Complex Care Act assessments and reviews, as well as Mental Capacity assessments and Carers assessments. You will conduct safeguarding/s42 enquiries and prepare Mental Health tribunal social circumstance reports. Additionally, you will employ strength-based practice in all aspects of your work.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you should hold a full UK driving licence and possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work. You should also have post-qualified Experience.
