Salary: Up to £24,000 Per Annum Dependent Upon Experience

About the Role
We're looking for a Business Applications Analyst to join our established Systems team. As a Business Applications Analyst you will play an essential role in supporting our community-wide operational teams in fully utilising our key systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Configuration of our key business applications, including fostering and adoption case management, residential home rostering and residential case management.
2. Manage system permissions and audit user access.
3. Support Super Users in the resolution of end user queries.
4. Review how the applications are used, identify best practices and opportunities for improvements.
5. Review new functionality as it is released, and implement when adopted.
Requirements for the role:
1. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, in both business terms and technical terms.
2. Experience of documenting processes, developing user guides and systems training.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a standard DBS Check, cost of which will be met by Polaris.
