Job Title: Smart Operations Analyst
Location: Remote
Salary: £25,272 per Annum
Hours: Monday- Saturday (Varied shifts between 8am-8pm)

If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Smart Operations Team, where you will play a key role in ensuring our Smart meters are working effectively for our customers.
What does this role involve?
As Smart Operations Analyst, you will process exceptions which occur within our metering portfolio, utilising the data to make recommendations.
Day to day, you will:
1. Investigate, analyse and resolve data quality issues within the DCC supporting metering estate, including liaising with other energy suppliers.
2. Provide knowledge and support to the business on processes associated with the maintenance of the smart estate.
3. Liaise with Customer Care Agents to troubleshoot and understand issues with non-conforming Smart Meters.
Who are we looking for?
You will have a keen eye for detail and a curious approach to understanding and resolving complex processes. You will be confident liaising between multiple systems and databases and have excellent communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
Please note you will be required to work on a shift rota covering Monday to Saturday between 8am-8pm.
Most of the team work remotely; however, they love to come together face to face to maintain relationships and collaborate on projects.
