The latest stage of our growth is the formation of a new central 'Store Support Team'. This team will be made up of a small group of self-storage experts who will work collegiately with our in-store teams to provide the very best in customer service standards for our customers.
Job Overview
We are seeking Support Advisors to join our newly formed Store Support Team. Ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving queries and offering solutions. Candidates will be required to sell Self Storage units and add-on services on the telephone, by email, social media, and WhatsApp. Therefore, solid experience in a telesales role is essential.
WORKING HOURS & PAY
5 days per week: 30.5 hours
£13.00 / hour, bonus of up to £360.00 / month
Shift Pattern:
Monday: DAY OFF
Tuesday: 11.30am - 6.00pm
Wednesday: 11.30am - 6.00pm
Thursday: 11.30am - 6.00pm
Friday: 11.30am - 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 4.00pm
Sunday: DAY OFF
All positions will work at the weekend, and full flexibility to work between our operating hours is needed, which are:
Monday - Sunday: 8.00am - 8.00pm
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns
* Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
* Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Assist in resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Strong telesales background
* Proficiency in English
* Ability to analyse customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
* Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
* Experience: telesales: 2 years (required), customer service: 3 years (required)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £1,718.17-£2,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 30.5 per week
