Blue Arrow Derby are recruiting an office administrator/ resourcer for our very busy recruitment office. This position will initially be until January 2025 But for the right candidate could extend, or even move in to a recruitment role for those that would be keen to learn more about the industry. Ideally we are seeking someone full time 37.5 hours per week, but would be open to part time for the right candidate. What the job will involve Answering & dealing with inbound calls from companies & job seekers Pre screening & interview candidates Conducting proof of right to work & compliance checks Sending out relevant tests & recording results on our CRM system Potentially conducting site tours Managing the branch email inbox Responding to references requests Obtaining & chasing references Searching for workers on various job boards Creating job adverts Promoting job opportunities on social media What Experience / skills do you need to have / What to expect Strong administrative experience of ideally at least 1 year Excellent customer service skills Excellent computer competency Ideally of used a CRM system previously Ability to multi task Work at a fast pace & be adaptable to every changing situations Great communicator verbally & written Work well under pressure, we often need staff in large numbers and at short notice This role will be largely office based, at least 2 days in our Derby office, and others in Belper. Home working is possible once trained, but only as a hybrid option. This role is to start asap in November 2024 so applications are encouraged to be made quickly.
