About the role
As Project Manager (internally this role is called "HR Delivery Manager"), you will play a key role in evolving and how HR approaches prioritisation and project delivery.
You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing a portfolio of HR projects and our ‘termly increment’ planning. This involves designing, delivering and monitoring the completion of our prioritised initiatives and provide resolutions and support when required.
In this role you will be asked to support and coach agile projects across product, service or multi-disciplinary teams. A significant part of your work will be bringing the right people together, using your influence and decisiveness to drive momentum and ensure timely delivery.
Please note this is a hybrid delivery focussed role based in our London Kings Cross office (min 2-days onsite, however this may change due to programme needs). The role is available on a fixed-term contract basis until December .

About you
As a Project or Programme Management professional, you have a background in delivering Human Resources projects and services using a range of Agile project management methods (Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum etc.). You're comfortable managing multi-disciplinary teams and using your abilities to persuade and influence stakeholder communities. You have financial experience in managing project budgets and project reporting as well as the ability to understand complex customer demands, turning them into easy-to-understand user stories. Additionally as a naturally curious individual, you thrive on solving problems and learning lessons to seek positive results and continuously improve.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Strong interpersonal skills including facilitation, collaboration and communication
2. Experience using a range of project management tools (such as Jira, Miro etc.) and coaching others in agile practices
3. Degree level qualification (or equivalent experience) with a qualification in Project Management (PMP, APM, Prince2 etc.)
