About The Role Position Summary: Caristo is looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join their expanding Operations team. You will be responsible for the management of a range of external-facing projects including clinical trials sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, research projects and grant-funded projects. Job Title: Clinical Project Manager Department: Operations, reporting to Senior Clinical Project Manager Location: Oxford, UK Responsibilities : Management and administration of all aspects of clinical and pharma projects within Caristo’s Imaging Core Lab, including: • Strategies and direction to ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, quality, timescale and scope boundaries. • Being the point of contact for communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Delivery of site training (remote). • Provide support to sites on medical imaging or data transfer related issues. • Develop or maintain trial/project-related SOP’s, protocols and other project-related documentation. • Development and maintenance of project plans using standard project management tools. • Development and maintenance of appropriate risk and issue registers for projects. • Use of metrics to assess the success of projects and make necessary changes. • Assist with responses on customers’ assessment and qualification processes. Skills & Experience Required : Essential • Bachelor or Masters’ degree in a relevant scientific discipline. • 2 years’ experience of clinical project management within an industry (pharma/CRO) or academic setting. Desirable • Proven success managing pharmaceutical projects and contracts within a Core Lab setting. • Experience of developing protocols and other documentation for research projects. • Experience managing medical imaging related projects. • Previous responsibility for Innovate UK, NIHR or Horizon 2020 grant management. • Experience working in a regulated medical devices environment. • Prior healthcare experience. Soft skills • Organisational skills and the ability to rapidly prioritise tasks in response to unexpected opportunities or risks. • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills across a range of complex tasks. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
