We are looking for a Customs & Duty Coordinator to join our Commercial Finance Team. You will support the Customs Manager to ensure compliance with all Importing & Exporting regulations by preparing documentation, working effectively with key stakeholders, maintaining accurate schedules and ensuring appropriate checks, reconciliations and audits are completed. You will build effective relationships across a wide range of internal teams such as Technical, Purchasing and Logistics and central Finance. In addition, the role will require working regularly with our parent company based in Rheine, Germany as well as external supply chain partners and government agencies. This is a newly created role and we’re looking for someone to help to shape and influence the current ways of working. There will be lots of opportunity to lead on identifying and implementing process improvements. The role will be based at our National Distribution Centre in Portbury, Bristol but travelling to our Head Office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire will be required at least once a month.
