About the role As a Group Facilitator Volunteer for our confidence building workshops, you will help to develop and deliver workshops that focus on improving mental health and wellbeing, whilst building confidence and self-esteem. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals overcome barriers such as feelings of anxiety, ensuring that they can fully participate during sessions. When the workshops are running, we ask that you dedicate approximately 3 hours per week to the role. About you This role is perfect for anyone with a passion for helping others and an interest in supporting people to boost their confidence, participate in group sessions and create meaningful social connections. Requirements No prior experience is required, and lived experience is always welcomed. We provide comprehensive training - all we ask is that you're ready to take the next step in supporting others. Please Note - Due to the nature of the role, our volunteers will need to be over the age of 18 and will be expected to complete an Enhanced DBS check. Interested?
