IT Service Management Specialist Permanent Remote position with occasional travel to our Luton Office. Once a month. The Role: We are looking for an IT Service Management Specialist to work within the IT Team. You will be responsible for covering administrative tasks such as GDPR requests, reporting, starter and leaver processing and ITIL Management processes. Key Responsibilities: Process GDPR Requests (Data Erasure Requests and Subject Access Requests) Monthly KPI and License reporting Complete Reports for Priority / Major Incidents Email Retrieval Requests Processing starter and leavers requests Review and Process requests for Change Reporting and managing Problems Updates to Documentation Guides and Knowledge Base Support configuration of ITSM tool Continuously identify and implement improvements in service capabilities, including process refinements and additional support toolsEssential Skills/Experience: Significant experience of using Active Directory / Office 365 Experience in creating and reporting on KPIs Background in service desk/service desk management Understanding of ITIL processes Attention to detail Excellent Communication skills Good organisation skills What Can We Offer You?
