Site Administrator - Construction - Shotton
Up to 6 Month - Up to £20 per hour - Umbrella Pay
Client and Role
My client is a main contractor working on a project based in the Shotton area and is looking for a Site Admin to assist in a wide range of human resource functions. Hours are 07:30 until 17:00; however, this is flexible. All site-based.
Duties
1. Assigning of new equipment for new hires including laptops and computers.
2. Document control and processing with adherence to GDPR policies and procedures using both physical and digital filing systems.
3. Inputting and updating employee information into HR databases and systems.
4. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee records including via checklists.
5. Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and electronic employee files.
6. Work closely with HR team members to ensure all required documentation is accurately recorded.
7. Ensure compliance with privacy policies and guidelines.
8. Provide administrative support to HR processes.
9. Assisting with office and welfare procurement, managing equipment held in inventory, and preparing requested inventory reports.
10. IT-Supplier management.
11. Handling and organisation of transport.
Candidate
1. Strong IT skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 packages.
3. Strong organisational skills.
