This company is one of the UK's leading MSPs looking to find an IT Engineer where you will work for a huge client and international company as their IT Support Engineer.
In this role, you will work from the Bristol office full-time providing software installations, dealing with tickets, providing polite and friendly support to colleagues, and working on broadband, software, and hardware to help overcome the company's IT issues. You will also be asked to use your ideas to innovate and improve the company's current systems.
The Role:
1. Full-time role based in the Bristol office

The Person:
1. Confident IT Support Engineer
2. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
3. Experience with hardware, software, broadband, and handling tickets
4. Willing to work in the Bristol office 5 days per week
5. Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
