The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and senior management.
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
