Due to continued expansion across our network of branches, we currently have a vacancy for a full-time Branch Manager to further strengthen our team.
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that you achieve branch targets and branch income, and that your team members achieve their individual targets. You will play a key role within the branches, therefore it is essential that you are able to organise and manage your time effectively to maximise your potential within the role.
Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that minimum standards are achieved and policies are followed. Main duties will include:
1. Booking market appraisals (MA)
2. Daily Sales MA Follow up system including cancelled MAs
3. Hot calling carried out and correctly recorded
4. Booking Viewings and Viewing Feedback
5. Booking of Sales / Lets with all correct paperwork completed
6. Vendor reviews to ensure up-to-date photography and pricing
7. Price Reductions to ensure best response to property
8. Withdrawals to keep the property on the market
9. Sales Progression to ensure a successful exchange in agreed timescale
10. FS referrals to ensure clients are in the best position
11. CWM referrals to ensure the best solicitor
12. Auction referrals for any suitable property
Skills and Experience
It is essential candidates are IT literate and competent in the use of Microsoft applications. It would also be desirable to have knowledge of Residential Estate Agency Software. A driving licence is essential for this position.
