Who you are:
In your role as a Senior Designer, you will use a high level of expertise to deliver and encourage stunning designs to meet client briefs and expectations. The Senior Designer is responsible for working with authority and professionalism, delegating tasks and offering feedback to team members, ensuring the high quality of the design work across all projects. Your functions will also include:
1. Create inspiring, strategic, and innovative ideas for clients that work in a fully integrated manner, both online and offline.
2. Work with art directors and the creative director to develop design solutions.
3. Responsible for the quality of execution and quality of thinking and creativity.
4. Come up with the best creative and innovative solutions achieved within budget.
5. Generate ideas and present them to other members of the team.
6. Delegate tasks and provide support for less senior members of the team.
7. Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to the client.
8. Collaborate across the agency to drive up standards of digital creativity.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience
3. 1 Year Agency Experience
4. 1+ years of Experience with Adobe CC programs
