Please note: this is a hybrid role where you will work three days a week from our Support Office in Diss, and two days a week from home.
Summary of role:
The role supports the Management Accounts Manager with the Group's management accounting processes and procedures. The principal aspects of the role are:
1. Review nominal ledgers and process accounting transactions to support the preparation of monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheet.
2. Continuous review of procedures to identify efficiencies and to implement continuous change via providing support to the finance team.
3. Assisting the Management Accounts Manager in the control and reconciling of balance sheets and identifying and reporting on key movements in month and YTD.
4. Seeking continuous development and improvement in client service and processes.
Key Skills Required:
1. Part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or AAT Qualified;
2. Intermediate Excel skills.
3. Strong oral communication skills.
4. Good organisational skills.
