We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic Business Support Officer to join our Mental Health Transformation Team. This role is specifically to support our Transformation Service.
This key role within the team will be to provide comprehensive administration and line management to the team, as we seek to support the improvement and growth of our Adult Mental Health teams. We are a supportive team, who are passionate about delivering excellent support as well as promoting staff wellbeing.
As a person, you will need to be self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your daily workload whilst also managing your working time effectively. You will be able to work independently as well as being a good team player, with excellent communication and accuracy skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Request information/activity reports that are required on behalf of the Team Leader including data timeliness, data quality, contract monitoring reports, etc.
2. Provide a central point of contact to respond to/resolve any queries on behalf of Team Leader where appropriate in relation to all Key Performance Indicators.
3. Provide administrative support in relation to the BSO role only.
4. Attend internal and external meetings relevant to post, taking minutes and distributing using appropriate systems, arranging a variety of meetings and sourcing agenda items, as directed by the Team Leader.
5. Process staff change forms and relevant letters; data amendment forms; termination forms and general HR relevant information.
6. Support and participate in the Business Meetings held on a monthly basis within the clinical teams.
7. Contribute to a robust and strong cohesive framework from the established BSO network, providing support to colleagues to ensure consistency and equity of provision across Services.
8. Responsible for liaising with Corporate/Support Services to obtain data/performance reports.
9. Provide regular monthly Team updates as required to Team Leader.
10. Undertake regular 1:1 supervision sessions with identified administration staff as directed by the Team Lead and report any training issues and needs.
