JOB TITLE:
Studio & Social Media Manager
WORKING HOURS:
21 hours per week, across 3 days (flexible), including Sundays when required. Additional hours may be required based on guest artist schedules. There could be the potential to pick up an extra day if wanted as the studio grows.
LOCATION:
130-132 Petherton Road, London, N5 2RT
SALARY:
£15 per hour starting salary with potential for wage growth as the role evolves and the studio expands. Paid on the last day of the month via payroll.

Skills and Experience Required
The studio manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the studio. They oversee the management of the space, resident and guest artists, studio assistant, and finances. Additionally, they are responsible for the studio’s social media presence on platforms including Instagram and TikTok. This includes maintaining a consistent posting schedule, having a strong understanding of CapCut video editing, and staying up-to-date with current social media trends to support ongoing growth on Instagram.
Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content: Filming, editing and posting reels.
2. Studio Finances: Managing income and expenses.
3. Resident & Guest Artist Coordination: Scheduling and handling communications.
4. Email Communications.
5. Inventory Management.
6. Weekend Studio Assistant Management: Supervising and coordinating tasks.
7. Studio Organisation: Maintaining tidiness and order.
8. Workshops & Events Management: Organising and coordinating sessions and events.
