About the Role
The People and Organisational Development (P&OD) team is responsible for developing people strategies, policy, practice, and delivering a range of people services which support strategic objectives, improve employee engagement, support organisational culture change and embed EPNE values.
You will have a key role in supporting the Learning & Organisational Development Lead with the implementation and embedding of the organisation’s values and behaviours, as well as with the delivery of the ambitions of organisation-wide strategy.
The postholder will consult with relevant clients across the organisation to create effective, evidence-based organisational development initiatives and specific development interventions to drive transformation, change and continuous improvement, at an organisational, departmental and individual level.

Role Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
1. Design, implement and evaluate OD initiatives and interventions that enhance organisational performance, employee engagement and workplace culture.
2. Develop collaborative and productive relationships across the organisation to identify the needs of areas and support with effective, evidence-based interventions.
3. Work collaboratively with the L&D Advisor, develop leadership capacity and capability across the organisation, through a range of methods.
4. Analyse organisational performance/people data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
1. Educated to degree level in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
2. Evidence of Continuous Professional Development in Organisational Development / Leadership & Management development / Change management and facilitation
3. Able to think critically and strategically to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement change initiatives.
4. Experience of research, design, delivery, and evaluation of development programmes/interventions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation
6. Proven track record of delivering multiple interventions/projects across a broad audience, simultaneously.
7. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including using digital tools.
8. Experience of embedding organisational values and strategy.
9. Experience working in an OD function
10. Working knowledge of HR/People processes
