Role overview: As a Retail Sales Colleague, you will help customers enjoy amazing technology at Currys. You’ll be part of a team that celebrates and learns together, ensuring great customer service and a fun work environment. You do not need prior tech knowledge. All new colleagues undergo a two to three-day induction, which could be virtual or at our academy in Birmingham, equipping you with the skills needed to sell and support our customers. Sales Colleagues work flexible hours, including weekends. Our stores open 7 days a week, typically between 9am and 8pm. Key Responsibilities: Asking questions to match customers with products. Creating memorable customer interactions. Providing support services like delivery and installation. Contributing to the store's overall sales performance. Working across various departments and product ranges. Assisting with operational tasks in the store.
