Digital Marketing Manager

Purpose of the role:
As our Digital Marketing lead, you'll play a pivotal role leading the charge in shaping our online presence and driving strategic growth. We are looking for a strategic creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a track record of driving online visibility and engagement in the B2B space to shape our brand and growth success. You'll be responsible for the digital and technical enablement and execution of marketing campaigns, driving online visibility through our socials and website, implementing SEO strategies and improving organic growth. This role is at the forefront of our marketing strategy, linking client to its target audience and connecting us through digital channels, market insights and industry expertise. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and optimize a multi-channel strategy that drives online visibility and performance on target platforms through SEO.
2. Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic growth.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive innovative marketing campaigns aligned with our business strategy and goals.
4. Optimize website content and structure for improved organic search visibility.
5. Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to maintain and improve search rankings.
6. Work closely with the Content and Communications Manager to ensure content is SEO friendly and aligned to marketing goals.
7. Lead on developing compelling digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns and multimedia assets, ensuring content is tailored to different digital channels and target audiences.
8. Create and manage all digital marketing campaigns targeting B2B channels, partners and end users.
Required Skills:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, including strategy development, campaign creation, campaign execution, and data analysis.
2. Strong understanding and application of digital marketing channels and tools to drive growth, including SEO, SEMrush, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
3. Use of WordPress in managing and updating websites.
4. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva to create visual assets aligned to Brand guidelines, AI marketing tools, CRM, customer enterprise platforms.
5. Ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies.
