Full time contracts available. Work Area: Cornwall Shifts: Overnight Shift What we offer: $3,000 sign-on bonus $250 referral bonus (refer your friends) CCPN $25,000 Bonus Available Salary: $37.50 per hour Company sponsored health and dental benefits for you and your family RRSP match Company cell phone Paid mileage Paid training Full time and Part Time positions available What you do: Provide in-home, high quality client centered care Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the client Provide palliative and end of life care as per nursing best practices Provide pediatric care as per nursing best practices Demonstrate the mission, vision and values of Access Healthcare Services Inc. while providing care to clients and/or caregivers Understand and practice infection prevention and control measures Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education opportunities Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure client needs are met What you need: Overnight availability Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with CNO Proof of Covid-19 vaccination Vehicle required with valid driver’s license Car insurance with a liability of $2 million Valid CPR Step 2 TB Test (Completed within the last 2 years) Vulnerable Sector Police Check (less than 3 months old) LEAP training preferred The skills and qualities we look for: Minimum of 1 year clinical experience within the last 3 years preferred however new graduates are welcome to apply Pediatric Care experience preferred (willing to provide training to the right candidate) Palliative Care experience preferred (willing to provide training to the right candidate) Previous experience in community care an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bilingual considered an asset Cultural education and experience We welcome applicants from outside Ontario to join us and enjoy the $25,000 grant funding sponsored by the Ontario government through the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN).
