Salary: £30,000+ (Dependent on Experience)
Start Date: 1st December
Commission Structure: 5% of all new business revenue from accounts generated after the start date. Commission is paid quarterly based on agreed KPIs, including sales targets, cask placements, and client appointments.
Job Summary
Reset Drinks Ltd. is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to represent our award-winning portfolio, including ATH Vodka, Cross Bay Brewery, and YUMZEE—an innovator in food tech. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional passionate about the drinks industry to enhance our market presence across premium spirits, craft beers, and advanced food solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a structured business development strategy focused on driving sales growth and client acquisition, meeting or exceeding established KPIs.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts in the hospitality industry, including pubs, bars, and wholesalers, to drive awareness of ATH Vodka, Cross Bay Brewery’s premium beers, and YUMZEE’s food tech innovations.
3. Proactively engage in telesales to introduce products, confirm orders, and gather client feedback.
4. Plan and manage appointments to maximize sales opportunities, particularly in placing our cask ales, premium vodka, and food tech solutions.
5. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and product launch strategies.
6. Coordinate with the office manager on quotes, client feedback, and scheduling.
7. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly KPIs, focusing on sales targets, cask placements, new account acquisition, and brand growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Proven experience in field sales or business development within the alcoholic beverages or food tech sectors.
2. Strong knowledge of the alcoholic drinks market, particularly craft beers, premium spirits, and innovative food solutions.
3. Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate the unique qualities of ATH Vodka, Cross Bay Brewery beers, and YUMZEE products.
4. Self-motivated, with a target-driven mindset, strong time-management skills, and a passion for the drinks and food tech industries.
5. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and work independently while managing targets and client relationships.
