Join us for your placement year in summer 2024! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.
You will be responsible for supporting the Training managers in the departmental development and maintenance of the college links program by taking control of marketing to the colleges/training providers and creating material to work in-conjunction with our brand department.
1. Liaise with colleges/training provider to organise meetings.
2. Planning schedules for Product audits.
3. Attend meeting with colleges alongside Training mangers.
4. Maintain and control the College links mailbox.
5. Monitor and control all college links contact on the Worcester website.
6. Support the assessment team in preparation of the assessment provisions.
7. Support the customer training team in preparation of courses material.
8. Manage the material flow of components to all Worcester Bosch and external training centres.
9. Supporting the training administration team with day-to-day tasks.
College Links is a large project ongoing within the Customer Training department, this will give you the opportunity to get involved in marketing and web design activities.
This role operates on a hybrid model, there will be some requirement to work onsite however, remote working is allowed. The exact arrangement will be agreed between you and your manager.
Qualifications
Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.

11. Be computer literate – Excel & Word experience advantageous

15. Be able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
16. Have the ability to prioritise workload
Additional Information
Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Monday – Thursday - and Fridays - with a 1-hour unpaid lunchbreak.
