CNC Press Brake Operator Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: GBP12.75 - GBP13.00 per hour

Schedule: Day shift, Night shift, Overtime, Weekend availability
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding company that invests in cutting-edge machinery and places a strong emphasis on staff development. Prior experience is not required, as full in-house training will be provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate the CNC Press Brake independently and efficiently.
* Plan and organise shift workloads to meet production deadlines.
* Maintain high-quality bending standards within company tolerances.
* Perform quality checks and record job cards and paperwork accurately.
* Ensure press tooling is well-maintained and accurately recorded.
* Keep the shop floor organised, clean, and free of hazards.
* Carry out weekly maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools.
* Package and store goods securely and in designated areas.
* Adhere to company health and safety policies and ISO procedures.
Shift Patterns
* Day Shift: 06:00-14:00
* Back Shift: 16:00-02:00
Pay Details
* Day Shift: GBP12.75 - GBP13.25 per hour
* Overtime (Day): Time and a half of your day shift rate
* Back Shift: GBP15.30 - GBP15.90 per hour
* Overtime (Back): Time and a half of your back shift rate
