Role: Customer Care Inspector Location: Warrington (Travel to sites across the Northwest) Salary: £45,000 Package I am currently working with a Northwest based homebuilder with an established reputation for building high-quality family homes and delivering exceptional customer service. Committed to construct homes safely, with consideration for the environment, while ensuring customers are delighted with both the product and the overall experience, recognising that purchasing a new home is a significant lifetime investment. Currently seeking a Customer Care Inspector to join a dynamic and growing company as part of the Customer Services team, based in the Northwest office. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Inspections to identify any necessary remedial works across various developments, ensuring the ongoing quality of all homes before, during and after completion. Collaborate with the Customer Services team to assess and address defects reported by customers, ensuring that any necessary work is completed within agreed timeframes and in line with service level agreements. Coordinate with the LABC regarding technical requirements and assist with resolutions and insurance claims as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role such as Building Quality Inspector or LABC/NHBC inspector within the housebuilding sector is essential. Will be required to travel to sites across the Northwest to carry out inspections. A general understanding of LABC or NHBC Technical Requirements/Guidelines is preferred. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong administrative capabilities. Ability to handle client and company confidentiality with integrity. About You: Hold a full UK driving license. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator both verbally and written Understanding of the New Homes Quality Code desirable Experience of customer contact through all communication media Experience of client and company confidentiality Knowledge of residential property and our competitors is desirable. General knowledge of LABC or NHBC Technical Requirements/Guidelines is desirable Computer literate (especially Word & Excel) with good administrative skills
