We are looking for an Assistant Practitioner Physiotherapy to join our Learning Disabilities Team.
The Physiotherapy team provides specialist support to enable people to live their lives fully. We work with individuals with learning disabilities, their families, and paid carers in community settings as part of a multi-agency team. We provide assessment and treatment interventions that aim to maximise a person’s quality of life.
Your role will be key in supporting our patients. You will assist with treatment plans and use your clinical judgement to keep individuals as safe as possible. Full duties can be found in the job description.
