Purpose of the Role: To manage and oversee the execution of Social Housing Decarbonisation scheme projects, which include Wall Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation, installation of new windows, and heat pumps for tenants in the social housing sector. Daily Responsibilities: Oversee operational duties from inception to completion, promoting a positive health and safety culture Planning, scheduling, and coordinating project strategy and design Manage the construction process, supervising all activity on-site Ensure on-site safety through risk management and risk assessment, enforcing safety procedures Build and maintain strong relationships and ensure regular communication with key contacts, reporting progress on project Manage and develop reporting staff Promoting awareness of social value within project objectives Requirements: Good knowledge of construction, building regulations, and legal guidelines Experience in housing refurbishment and/or new build housing Strong organisation and programming skills Initiative and logical thinking abilities Excellent problem-solving skills Proficient time management and leadership skills Strong written and oral communication capabilities Financial and commercial awareness Ability to negotiate and influence effectively SMSTS qualification First Aid at Work certification Valid CSCS Card Package: Basic salary £50k - £55k pa based on experience Bonus (profit-related) paid twice yearly - June and December (Range 10-17% pa depending on company performance) Free private gym usage at Head Office Pension contribution scheme Life assurance scheme Private healthcare available Access to wealth management adviceINDAF
