Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives
* Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring effective change, risk, and resource management throughout the lifecycle
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, managing the complexity of global programs
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency in communication and timely reporting of project status
* Analyse and mitigate program risks to ensure successful outcomes
* Manage relationships with customers and suppliers, driving continuous improvement in team performance and customer satisfaction
Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years of experience in IT Program or Project Management, preferably in an agile environment
* Strong ability to manage cross-functional, global teams, particularly in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment
* Experience in hardware, software, and systems development, with a focus on automotive or electric vehicle technologies being a strong advantage
* Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects, leading product roadmaps, and implementing change management initiatives
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity and functional safety requirements within the automotive or tech industry is desirable
* Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with a high level of personal accountability
* Experience in a high-tech automotive OR fast-paced technology environment
