We are currently recruiting for experienced career temporary receptionist who are able to commit to temporary bookings on an ongoing basis.
The bookings can be ad hoc and are flexible they would be ideal for candidates who are studying, saving to travel, have another part time or just those who enjoy the flexibility of temping!
All bookings are Reception based with some light admin duties and general office assistance such as setting up meeting rooms and based within luxury offices across London.

Weekly pay and great pay rates.
Requirements:
* Previous temp experience as a receptionist preferably in luxury serviced offices
* Minimum 2 years customer service experience in 5* Environments
* References must be available
* Must have exceptional customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and multi-task.
* Must have good IT skills
Responsibilities:
* Welcome clients by greeting them in person or on the phone, answering or referring inquiries.
* Responsible for setting up meeting rooms and helping clients
* Admin
* Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller’s needs
* Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building
* Accessing emails and replying to clients where needed
