The Experience Strategy Director provides day-to-day leadership on their accounts, defining and delivering the strategy that transforms the current customer experience.
As Experience Strategy Director, you’ll be responsible for bringing a fresh understanding of the current experience to our clients and finding opportunities where each company can meet their customers' needs in new and creative ways.
Experience Needed:
1. A background in consumer experience, ideally across a wide selection of sectors.
2. Confidence in creating experience maps.
3. Fluency in brand and digital communications (digital communications, UX product design), with the ability to adapt marketing theory to support proposed strategies.
4. Data savvy; able to ask the right questions of analysts and confident in combining data from multiple sources to create unique insights that drive the business forward.
