As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our team at our Blackburn office.
The Role
The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
* Handling and processing documentation, correspondence, and emails.
* Assisting with scheduling and coordinating activities for the compliance, installation, and maintenance teams.
* Managing records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Producing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
* Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain excellent relationships.
* Supporting the management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a compliance or service-oriented industry.
* Familiarity with CRM systems or other database software.
